Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and shipped on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and physical stamina.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using hand-held scanners and RF equipment.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor, including shelving and inventory storage areas.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory management reporting.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
