- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory systems accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outbound orders meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
