Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise between trucks, storage areas, and workstations using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems accurately.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to process shipments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and distribution targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
