Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain process, ensuring that our products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently. We value reliability and a positive attitude above all else.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packaging & Labeling: Inspect, pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Check products for damage or defects before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
