Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper labeling and storage of inventory.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with minimal supervision.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report issues immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for high-performing candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
