Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to maintain high inventory accuracy levels.
- Load & Unload: Physically load and unload trailers and trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a plus.
