Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for delivery and shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to optimize warehouse flow.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
