Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.</li><li>Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and accessibility.</li><li>Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.</li><li>Perform basic data entry and paperwork related to shipments and inventory counts.</li><li>Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li><li>Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.</li><li>Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul>
