Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by checking stock and identifying any discrepancies.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
