Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure maximum efficiency and safety compliance.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate data entry into the management system.
- Assist in packaging orders for shipment and preparing them for transport.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a strong plus.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
