Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding order statuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
