Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move products using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and safety checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: A track record of showing up on time and working with integrity.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and/or holidays as required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
