Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime during peak seasons.
