Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock management.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains safe, clean, and organized.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, or holidays as needed.
