Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently during morning and evening shifts.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours) on concrete floors.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available for weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
