Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to ensure product integrity.
- Assist in inventory control, counting stock, and organizing warehouse spaces.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
