Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Load & Unload Freight: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum requirement for all positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Work History: Stable work history preferred; experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
