Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable and able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
