Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update order status.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall department efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate warehouse management software.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
