Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products.
- Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist in organizing the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
