What You'll Do:
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using material handling equipment.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure optimal organization.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work various shifts, including overtime.
