Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently and safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated zones to ensure easy retrieval.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate basic warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, under supervision.
- Quality Control: Perform daily inspections of packages to ensure they are undamaged and ready for distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately update inventory logs and assist in physical inventory counts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior warehouse experience; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to working scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Availability: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts as required.
