Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to and from work.
- Availability: Flexible schedule available, including night shifts and weekends.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
