Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to comply with all safety regulations.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and departmental goals are met.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
