Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with receiving and stocking of new merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
