Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to customers
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as required
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
