Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Valid forklift certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
