Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore location.
