Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
