Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and stock checks using handheld scanners.
- Packaging: Inspect, pack, and label products for shipment according to company standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment safely and perform basic maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy rates.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
