Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for timely delivery to clients
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure OSHA compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
