Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and clean equipment and work areas to ensure safety and compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of showing up on time and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
