Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Organization: Sort, pack, and label products to ensure efficient shipping and storage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
