Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
