Responsibilities
- Receive & Inspect: Accurately receive incoming shipments and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a stable work history.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Equipment Certification: Previous forklift certification is a plus but not required.
