Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely delivery
- Maintain clean and OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Street location
- Pass background/drug screening (required)
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
