Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check, count, and record incoming and outgoing stock items.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare products for shipment according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
