Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated areas
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
