Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse machinery safely
- Maintain organized inventory in multi-temperature zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Assist with unloading inbound shipments and stocking shelves
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to North KC facility
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
