Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using scanning equipment
- Operate forklifts and material handling machinery (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation training
