Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track inventory using handheld scanners to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning and organizing tasks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for immediate start.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Must be able to pass a basic physical ability test.
