Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management software.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner during shift changes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license (optional depending on role specifics).
