Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driving: Valid driver's license preferred.
