Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping duties in accordance with safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (lift truck certified preferred), and conveyor systems.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper safety techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
