Responsibilities
- Accurately package and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to North Seattle facility
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
