Responsibilities
- Pack, verify, and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting strict quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, reporting discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload delivery trucks in a timely manner to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and restocking shelves to maintain optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for inventory verification and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
