Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and speed to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment tasks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
