Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Process customer orders via pick and pack methods to meet daily quotas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
