Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight containers safely and efficiently to ensure timely processing.
- Sort, pack, and label packages for domestic and international shipping.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
