Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Shipping Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying freight documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
